Our quotations do not include vat, this will be charged at the appropriate vat rate.

Yes, our quotation includes your logo branding on the item and the quote will also say how many colours we are printing your logo.

Origination (sometimes called a setup) has to do with setting up the printing method or technique that is being used on your products. Some print methods require individual screens to be set up ready for printing, some use printing plates, some require a tooling charge. We call these charges origination, as setting up such specific artwork incurs a cost.

We have a wide variety of branding options, screen printing / embroidery / sublimation / engraving / pad printing / digital / foil stamping and embossing – one of our expert sales assistance will advise which method will work for your promotional item.

Absolutely, one of our first questions to you will ask about your budget.

To achieve the best quality of branding we would ask for your logo as a vectored image (EPS or AI) with all fonts outlined and pantone colours supplied.

If you cannot supply us with vectored artwork, our graphics department can always redraw your logo for you.

Yes, you will always receive a visual proof of your product with your logo on it before we start production.

Each promotional product has its own print area size,  this will be shown on your visual proof, we can add as much detail as you need once it is kept within the print area.

Yes we can offer samples (these will not be personalised), sometimes we have what you are looking for in our showroom, which you can call in and see.  If we don’t happen to have a sample of the product you need we can order one in (in some cases samples are non returnable and are charged at cost)
