The Client: DPD Group

DPD Group is an international parcel delivery service for sorter compatible parcels delivering 8 million parcels worldwide every day.

Target Market/Industry

As part of DPD’s Sustainability program they have just introduced their New Electric vans to reduce their carbon footprint.

The Brief

DPD wanted a promotional gift that represented what they are about and something that represented their contribution to making their Business more Sustainable. DPD wanted a fun Promotional gift that has a clever WOW factor.

The Challenge

The level of detail in the DPD artwork was very intricate and we had to get the print in the same areas as their actual vans. Some of the mini van’s surfaces are not flat which meant the print process was slow.

The Solution

Their branded vans are well recognisable on the roads and our creative team thought what if we could make a Mini-Dinky van identical to their own vans on the road it would be the perfect giveaway.

The Result

Our client got the WOW factor they were looking for…. with their iconic vans being reproduced in model format. These vans were a huge hit and in high demand. So much so that they have placed a re-order which is always a good sign.
