What can I say about Andrew and his team - they have always come up trumps for us and this time was no different. At VERY short notice they managed to arrange for our conference folders to be ordered, printed and ready to go in time for our event. I dealt with Amy and Michelle recently on a couple of different items with a tight turn around time. I spoke with numerous printing companies to try to get what we wanted organised within a week. Every other company either said point blank no, or they would have to do it in one colour. I spoke to Amy initially and she was so quick to get a quote across to me at 4pm on a Thursday afternoon in full colour knowing that she would be out on Friday. I spoke with Michelle on Friday and she was fully informed of the situation, I didn't need to explain anything to her I just needed to confirm my order. Everything came in within a week and was better than we could have predicted. We are currently working with them for more products (with longer lead times!) I would have no issue recommending Opus to any other company in the future.
